Terms & Condition

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings made through supertravelltd.co.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Agency”), a registered travel agency providing travel booking services via our website www.supertravelltd.co.uk or through affiliated booking platforms. By confirming your travel arrangements through our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms.

Our Role as an Agent

Supertravelltd.co.uk acts solely as an agent for airlines, hotels, car hire companies, tour operators, cruise lines, and other service providers (“Suppliers”). We do not own, operate, or control the services provided by these third parties. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by those Suppliers.

You acknowledge that your contract for travel services is directly with the Supplier and not with Supertravelltd.co.uk. Any issues regarding cancellations, changes, delays, or disputes must be resolved with the respective service provider.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or altered at any time without prior notice.

Prices may not include local taxes, resort fees, baggage charges, or other surcharges imposed by Suppliers.

Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the Supplier’s policy.

We accept no responsibility for errors in pricing due to technical faults or third-party input.

E-Tickets and Travel Documents

Upon confirmation and payment, you will receive your e-ticket(s) or voucher(s) via email.

It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of all booking details, including passenger names, dates, and destinations. Notify us within 24 hours of any errors.

Supertravelltd.co.uk will not be held liable for missed departures or denied boarding due to incorrect information provided at the time of booking.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Changes or cancellations are subject to the terms and fees of the respective airline or Supplier.

In some cases, tickets may be non-refundable or non-changeable.

If permitted, amendments will incur a service charge by Supertravelltd.co.uk in addition to the Supplier’s fee.

Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed after receiving the refund from the Supplier, which can take up to 12 weeks or longer in some cases.

Travel Insurance

Supertravelltd.co.uk strongly recommends that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected events, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and delays. We do not accept liability for losses incurred due to inadequate or no insurance coverage.

Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all travelers have valid passports (with at least 6 months’ validity), visas, entry permits, and vaccinations as required by destination countries.

We accept no responsibility for customers who are denied boarding or entry due to insufficient or incorrect documentation.

Baggage Allowance

Baggage allowances vary by airline and ticket type. Please review your airline’s baggage policy carefully.

Excess baggage fees, lost or delayed baggage claims must be handled directly with the airline.

Flight Reconfirmation and Check-in

It is your responsibility to reconfirm all flight times directly with the airline at least 72 hours prior to departure.

Arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights unless otherwise advised.
